Ivan (Armando Espitia) is an illegan immigrant in New York City who dreams about being back home in Mexico. He left his son behind, but that's not who he misses most. He tells his boyfriend Gerardo he has to forget about him, at least for awhile. He's pursuing the American Dream, but realizes it may take years.
