I`ve been watching Bond as long as I can remember, compliments of my mother. And I can say that, as a prequel movie, this Bond rocks. I saw it last night and was pleasantly surprised by how well Craig was able to carry the character. The writing was good, the action was excellent, and I would definitly reccomend that you go and see it. It was a great Friday night movie.

Brosnan was a mook. James Bond in general is a pretty lame franchise but this movie wasnt too bad. Craig is the next Connery. Some parts were actually funny like the torture scene.

Is not the best Bond Film, but give the guy a break man. Is not like they used Jackie Chan to play a UK spy, so give the actor some room. I remember the same thing happened when Golden Eye Came out. I am sure after a few more sequels people will get use to Craig.

This movie is nearly perfect!!! Easily the best action movie of the year! It has put the franchise in a direction that can only serve to re-vitalise it and make us want more! Nothing is over done, or cheesy, and Daniel Craig is perfect for this role. I was a skeptic, but was pleasantly surprised at this excellent film. Five Stars easy!

This movie was great! Daniel Craig did an amazing job portraying the character of James Bond in his rookie year. This is the type of character that Ian Flemming intended to have! I especially liked the fact that this film took a break from those ridiculous gadgets and cheesy outrageous villainous plots of giant laser beams attached to a satellite, and the like. To all of you who did not like the film because the Bond character was a little more dark and not as charming and debonair, then you should read this first book from Flemming, and try to understand that THIS is what he intended; not the pretty-boy Peirce Brosnan that people seem to

Daniel Craig was awesome. People say it doesn`t "feel" like a Bond movie but let`s face it, this is a much-needed change. Yes, Bond is supposed to be this smooth, sexy guy who doesn`t ruin his perfect hair even under the most dangerous circumstances, while delivering cheesy one-liners left and right...but this Bond is so much more pragmatic. Great fight scenes, good chemistry with Eva Green, overall very well done. I like! High five!

The new Bond looks slightly Simian and I`m pretty sure Moneypenny is a guy...

Is Brad Pitt being considered as Craig`s replacement???

Better than DIE ANOTHER DAY, but well below classics like A VIEW TO A KILL and DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER. Passable, nothing more.

See the original with Peter Sellers and David Niven instead -- it`s a thousand times better! Plus, it has Woody Allen in a rare villainous role.
