The film begins with introductions to and interviews with the director and cast discussing the making of the movie. These are interspersed with select excerpts of the movie. My sense was that the film company wanted to make sure viewers recieved their money's worth. For those who enjoy the inside look this is a unique way to begin the film. Max Maclean is brilliant as an older C.S. Lewis, all of the actors are top notch , Oxford makes the story come alive, and the script is pure C.S. Lewis. Intellectually engaging! Very well done.

This is a fantastic movie about C.S. Lewis. The acting, writing, directing and scenery is superb! We both thoroughly enjoyed the movie and learning about his life. Very heart warming. Best movie we have seen in many years.

I had seen the stage production of Reluctant Convert twice, and I expected the movie tonight to be almost a review. It was so much more!! Hearing some familiar lines, but viewing them actually in Oxford was amazing. Max was riveting, as usual.

I did not like this film whatsoever; I walked out. If I wanted to see how a film is made behind the scenes, meet the crew, director and other vital members, then perhaps I would have found this film of interest.
