VICTOR WEBSTER

Date of Birth: February 7, 1973

Victor Webster was born in Calgary, Alberta to parents Roswitha, a hair stylist, and John Webster, a police officer. Growing up, Victor had a lot of energy and needed an outlet. He took up martial arts and would go on to receive his black belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as holding an undefeated record in heavyweight Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing. His family moved to California in 1998 when Victor was in high school, but he went to college to become a stockbroker and would later own an import/export company before finding his calling as an actor.

After playing roles on TV shows such as Days of Our Lives, Baywatch and Becker, Webster landed his debut movie role in Gangland (2001). He went on to play minor roles alongside Steve Martin and Queen Latifah in Bringing Down The House (2003), in Must Love Dogs (2005) alongside John Cusack and Diane Lane, and acted in Surrogates (2009) with Bruce Willis.

With the Scorpion King movies, Victor was able to put his former martial arts training to use. He starred in The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption (2012) and reprised his role in the next installment of the series, The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power (2015).

Victor, who has been a regular on a number of television shows, including Mutant X, Charmed, Lincoln Heights and Melrose Place, currently plays a starring role in the Showcase series Continuum as Carlos Fonnegra.
