The In Between

When Tessa (Joey King) spots Skylar (Kyle Allen) on the beach one day while taking photographs, she doesn't realize at first that she's just seen the love of her life. They meet later that day when they're the only two people in a movie theater. Afterwards, Sky can't stop thinking about her and after they meet again at a rowing meet, their relationship quickly develops.

When they're involved in a tragic accident that lands Tessa in the hospital, she's brokenhearted when to learn that he didn't survive. However, she soon begins to believe that Sky is sending her signs from beyond the grave.
