Private Property (2007)

When their divorced mother Pascale decides to sell the family home, twins Thierry and François, 20, are opposed. Pascale is in love with their neighbor, Jan, and they know she’s selling her house to help finance his inn. The brothers have great hostility for Jan, and soon, the tension in the house becomes unbearable. Pascale takes refuge at a friend’s house, unaware of that a tragic incident soon will upset the existence of her small family.
