One in the Chamber

In modern-day Russia, Ray Carver (Cuba Gooding Jr.), a skilled assassin, takes a job with a gang he was once hired to make a hit on. To make matters worse, another assassin has already been hired to take Carver out. The result? A full-blown mob war in the streets of Russia.
