Serial killer Michael Myers is once again back in an asylum, but not for long. It's the first night of a young intern's shift and its one she'll never forget. The young girl has secrets of her own and feels a connection to the man in the hockey mask.

When a fellow patient escapes and frees the others, Myers sets out to find the new interns, who reminds him of someone from the past.
