Standard Movie Experience with Friendly Customer Service

May 13, 2019

There are kiosks outside the theater where you can purchase tickets without having to talk to a person in a booth, which can be nice, but there's a harsh glare on the ticket kiosk screens so be aware of that if its too sunny you might not be able to see everything on the kiosk. My overall experience was positive. The workers there were friendly, polite, and courteous. They have a fairly average selection of snacks like candy, popcorn, sodas, and icees. I didn't have any problems during my visit.

Continued: So we Let it go and accepted the fact that we at least got a chance to watch the remaining part of the movie. Until 10 minutes later when another employee approaches us and simply points and tells each one of us to get out. We were very confused at how they just suddenly kicked us out when we thought the issue was resolved. When we get out the manager told us someone complained that one of us was using our phone. The woman who sat in OUR seat had the audacity to go and complain. Inside there was people taking pictures of the movie, texting, and phone ringing. I don’t understand how checking the time on your phone for a couple of seconds is considered disruptive especially since the phone was with all the brightness down and no where near this woman. At this point we were all very mad and frustrated with this ongoing problem. I don’t see why the people who were actually being disruptive by being on their phones were not kicked out. This is very unjust. First, they did not want to give us our correct seats and second, we were kicked out over a phone. I am very disappointed in the service this theater provided. Completely disrespectful and unfair. We payed around $100 to watch La llorona in the biggest room with the biggest screen and did not even get the chance to watch it. We were kicked out and were denied a refund because they said the registers were closed. The manager and employees responded very rudely and were no help at all. I cannot believe they did nothing to the woman who was sitting in OUR seat. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Worst experience ever...

April 21, 2019

Worst experience ever. Completely unfair. So my family bought 9 tickets and got seat numbers 7-15. My aunt went to go get us popcorn since the movie was starting so she took the tickets with her so she would be able to get back inside the theater. While she was gone an employee approached us because the people next to us were missing a seat. The employee asked where our tickets were and I told her that my aunt had them in order to come back inside the theater and she rudely told us “get out every single one of you.” When we got out we told my aunt and she asked why were we being removed from our seats if we bought our 9 tickets. We showed her our tickets and went back inside and were missing one seat. Seat numbers 1-6 were full and 7-14 were the only seats available which means we were missing one seat. There was a couple sitting in seat 15 and 16 and seat 17 was the only empty seat in that row. We addressed the issue with the employee and they continued to miscount and simply told us that our seats were there, but they failed to understand how there was still one without a seat. So we continued to walk back and forth out the theater because we were still missing one seat. It was completely embarrassing having to come back in & out of the theater due to their mistake that they did not want to admit. This issue could’ve simply been avoided if the woman who was in seat 15 would’ve been moved to her correct seat. Instead they decided to continuously remove us from our seats and miss out on the entire movie. Since they only sat us in 8 seats knowing we bought 9 tickets my aunt just decided to let us enjoy what was left of the movie. She went back to address the issue with the manager and he came and sat her in the empty seat which was seat 17, instead of moving the woman who was sitting in her incorrect seat. We had asked the woman if she could move over one seat so we could have enough seats, but she’s refused to claiming that she was in her correct seat.

Crosby

March 09, 2017

Nice clean theater with comfortable seats. The sound level was appropriate for the picture we watched. Plenty of popcorn, drinks and candy. Excellent picture quality. There was some noise generated from the movie being shown in the adjacent theater, but it did not interfere with the enjoyment of our movie watching experience. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon!
