Disappointed

February 04, 2023

My wife and I arrived 30m before published showtime to purchase tickets, and were told there were no more senior tickets available. When the movie began, there MIGHT have been 25 people in the whole theatre. Disappointed that the theatre would resort to restricting senior tickets to raise revenue.

Couldn't read the subtitles.

Went to see Spirited Away in Japanese, the aspect ratio of the movie was messed up so you couldn't see the subtitles at all. I went and asked someone if they could fix it so people could read the subtitles I was told they couldn't fix it. It took most of the people in the theater, people asking for refunds, and multiple people leaving for someone to come in and restart the movie in English.

No popcorn!!!!!

Bought two adult tickets and two child tickets,no concession!!!! Said they had nacho!! only

never again

I will never go to this theater again, this is the second time I've taken children to a kids movie promising the movie, popcorn and candy.....after buying tickets online still had to stand in line for over 30 minutes the first time to ck in and get treats. Today, stood in line to "ck in" for 20 minutes but the separate line to get popcorn was 20 plus deep, waited 25 minutes and came back out for popcorn, still 20 deep....2 lines, waited 7 minutes, 2 people checked out, never got popcorn. I bought our tickets 3 hrs in advance for Jamanji, sat on front row so it was basically sold out. Same for first visit, Frozen was sold out, bought tickets 5 hrs in advance....they know its gonna be full! on top of all off this, theater was cold and dirty...done with Regal in Newnan Ga
