Terrible Method of Ticket Sales

For some reason the management at this theater has decided to no longer sell ticket at the box office windows at the front of the building. Customers are now required to purchase their tickets at the concession counter. At the concession counter, there are no lines dedicated to just purchasing tickets so you have to stand in line with people buying tickets, people buying tickets and something from the concession stand or people who only want something from the concession. This happened to us on December 30, 2019. We are Regal Unlimited Club members and just wanted to get our tickets for the 2:15 viewing of the newest Star Wars movie. All the ticket windows at the front of the theater were closed, with signs directing customers to go the the concession stand. When we entered the theater there were about 6 lines open at the concession stand, all filled with people lined up all the way to the doors. This was crazy! Why would you do this on a holiday weekend when you know there will be large crowds out to see all the newly released holiday movies!! People everywhere were complaining about having to stand in these llnes just to get tickets. A friend of mine had gone to the same theater the day before and she encountered the exact same situation. This method of ticket sales needs to be addressed!! If this continues you will loose business. I have other theater choices andI know I won't be going to this theater to stand in lines like this.
