Crooked Theater

This review may seem a bit long-winded, so feel free to skip to the final paragraph is you want the summed-up version. I purchased a ticket on funmoviegrill.com for the drive in theater for August 31st. Unfortunately, some major events happened that day which meant I could not go. I tried to cancel my ticket, first through the email confirmation, then through the website, then finally I tried to call. None of these methods were successful. I decided to take solace in the fact that I supported a movie theater during the pandemic. My wife and I decided to try the next day. We again purchased a ticket for the drive in online. On our way to the theater it was raining, but we were determined to go. When we arrived at the theater, we were notified the showing was cancelled. Nobody informed us. This theater isn't a short drive either. I ask if the tickets for the cancelled showing are automatically refunded. They said no, but I could come inside to get a refund. During this time I also find out the previous night was cancelled too. I ask to get a refund for both nights since I have the confirmation. and if it was cancelled, I obviously didn't go. The manager was very abrupt and told me that I should have called yesterday and that there is nothing she could do. I told her I did try calling and no one answered. She still refused to give a refund. Ok, fine. I will just get the refund for tonight. She processes a partial refund, because they do not refund online fees. Online fees from their own website! Crooked business practices! I want to support theaters during this time, but I cannot stomach supporting crooks such as this. The management was horrid, lacking the most basic customer service skills. I hope theaters survive this pandemic. Although I hate to see people lose their jobs, I really do not care if this theater is one of them.

This theater needs to be cleaned. Health department must inspect.

Worst Service

AC/Heating does not work. Lights do not turn off when movie starts. When audience asked staff the response was manager knows and lights are supposed to turn off. FMG moviepass app does not work properly. 'ContactUS' in the app does not work. No response to emails and customer care phone number does not work. No option to cancel tickets in the app.

Worst Theater in Area with Cassandra as WROST manager EVER.

The movie did NOT start on time and I mean not even the previews. The theater was super cold. I've gone to many other theaters where you buy food and give you a cup of water if you need it. This place will NOT (Cassandra stated I only bought food so I was out of luck). By the way, we were supposed to have a great meal and see a movie which cost 2 of us almost $60...the joke was on us. The food and the place is TERRIBLE. Save your money and go somewhere else that is more reasonable and treat patrons with respect!!

DON'T waste your $

This theater is Horrible & way overpriced. This theater should be a Dollar Theater, if even. Old School seating, horrible sound system. They had Bed Sheets on the walls. Not just the regular sheet, but the fitted sheet too. Crickets chirping in the theater room during the movie. The movie was supposed to start at 12:40 pm. We had to go get somebody 3 X just to have them start the movie. CRAZIEST thing is, the most expensive theater in the Area.

Friendliest People in the theater business !

My wife is deaf... Everytime we walk into Regal , they are very attentive to her needs.. always making sure the closed caption device works as well as resetting the CC transmitter in whatever theater we walk into .. Great management , great team , hot food , cold drinks , and VERY VERY clean restrooms ... Our favorite place !!
