Disappointed over cancellation
October 25, 2023
We looked forward to seeing the award winning documentary about North Korea “Beyond Utopia”. It was scheduled for two showings today: one at 4 and the other at 7. But they are not on your schedule today?? Will you be showing in the future?
Terrible place to watch a movie
December 25, 2019
It’s like watching a movie in a restaurant— lights on, waiters wandering around, silverware clinking — very distracting. The seating is OK and the projection OK but overall a poor experience.
First time at AMC Framingham - as nice as any theater I've been too
October 11, 2019
Everyone was very polite and helpful. Seats were comfortable. Theater was clean. Excellent picture quality. I ordered a milkshake which was very good. My only recommendation is that we thought the sound was a touch too loud during the pre-film promos. The film itself was ok. (or maybe we got use to it.)
FILTHY THEATRE
August 02, 2019
I was shocked to find this theatre absolutely filthy. There was trash and garbage on the three (otherwise empty) seats next to us. Not just on the floor but ON THE SEATS! Cans, candy wrappers, popcorn, etc. The entire row in front of us (as well as other rows) had trash behind the seats. There were popcorn bags, cans and cups, and candy bags directly in front of us, behind the seats. I know that the seats can be easily lifted because I lost something in this theatre, on another occasion, and the theatre staff was able to simply pull the seat forward. This, clearly, was not done. Also, once the movie was over .. the lights never came on. The screen was frozen on the last of the credits .. and people turned on their cell phone flashlights to exit the theatre! The whole experience was pretty outrageous. It was as if they turned on the film .. and then just forgot there were even people there! I did go to the front desk, prior to the movie beginning, and two young men came to the theatre and observed that it was, indeed, a MESS. The garbage on the three seats was removed - but, since the movie was about to begin, all of the other trash remained. I reached out to AMC the next morning and here is their response: "I would be disappointed if I experienced the problems that you described. To ensure that this does not happen in the future, I have noted your feedback, so this can be reviewed and addressed by the appropriate teams." Seriously? "Sharing my disappointment" is the best they could do? Think twice before spending your money at this theatre.
