Manager totally incompetent

No wait staff. Tried to order on app., totally worthless. Then 20 minutes in line to order. Waited over an hour for food (pizza flatbreads & burger). Husband is diabetic. Complained to manager. Totally uncaring & made excuses. Told me if I didn’t like it I could leave. We’ll never go back.

Almost two hours for popcorn

Waiting almost two hours for popcorn and soft drinks was disappointing. Restrooms were out of paper towels. Ended up cancelling our order because by the time it would arrive our movie would be over. Was really bummed at this first back to theater experience after COVID. No apology either. Was told to speak to a manager but was ignored and then waited in line the second time I went out to check on the order.

Worst rude service from manager after being overcharged.

Rudest worst service experience of my life after being overcharged. I went there Sunday, August 18 at 2:30 PM to see Angry Birds two. I actually got decent service from the waitress. And enjoyed the movie and the seats were comfortable. At one point I was brought the wrong drink and I told them so she apologized and a while later she brought me back the right drink. No worries no problems. I got a bill for $15 it was low because I have used a five dollar AMC stubs reward that I had. I signed a check for $15 when I looked at my bank account I was charged $27. So I called and asked for a manager. The manager came on the line, he told me his name was Travis. So I start explaining to him what happened. I was being courteous I was being nice I was talking fast just to get to the point so he would understand the situation. He interrupted me and told me to stop talking. He actually said “stop talking”I was taken aback so I asked him for his name then he said “if you’re going to be rude to me and not give me the information I need and I’m not going to talk to you “and I said how am I being rude to you?He said... you were rude to me you were very rude to me. And I said sir I don’t know what you’re talking about can you explain to me how I was rude? He said “no I won’t! And hung up on me. I couldn’t believe it! So I drove over there and after doing some investigating he came walking up to me with this sneer on his face and said it’s your bank your bank did it! And I said I don’t understand I go to movies all the time and my bank doesn’t take money out of my account. At that point the waitress explain that I had a temporary charge for the wrong drink and it would come off in a few days . I said ok.Travis been started raising his voice and saying Michael Michael Michael my name is Michael! So I asked the Ticket guy who said it was Travis. Then Travis came charging at me holding out his personal target credit card snarling “read it read it it says Michael read it! So strange!

FILTHY

The theater was filthy. The restrooms smelled like an outhouse and were disgusting. The food was cold and the service was sub-par. First and last time. I would not recommend this theater to anyone. Just filthy.

Don’t order food!

Ordered drinks and popcorn when we arrived. 45 minutes later still no drinks or popcorn. Had to hunt down an attendant and they came by and said they were out of the drinks we ordered. About 15 minutes later we got out drinks and popcorn. Another couple didn’t get their food until 10 minutes before the movie ended.

Great place, poor service

Be warned about sitting in the top row, you are going to be forgotten about. Had to order my food 3 times and have the bill corrected. Other than the poor service, great theater, when I finally got my food it was pretty tasty. Don’t expect to get a refill either.

Cold Nachos

We ordered food as soon as we say down, which was about 15 minutes before the movie was supposed to start. That was 8:15 pm. The nachos didn't arrive until after 9:09 pm. I could have made 15 plates of nachos in that amount of time! They arrived with cold toppings and soggy nacho chips. I am sure the chicken and black beans and queso would have been great if served hot, the way they were supposed to be.

Cold

Theater was very cold. Concession prices very high. Popcorn was cold. Everything else was great.
