In Theaters December 15, 2000

Advertising executive Nick Marshall (Mel Gibson) is sure he's about to get a big, fat promotion. However, his boss, Dan (Alan Alda), announces that he's hired Darcy McGuire (Helen Hunt) instead. Darcy's first order of business is to ask the staff to try out a range of feminine products in order to better come up with advertising ideas.

While testing an electric hairdryer, Nick slips and falls into the bathtub, where he receives a huge shock. When he comes to, he realizes he can hear women's thoughts and is amazed to discover most of them think he's a sleazeball. He decides to use his new power to hone in on Darcy's thoughts and steal her ideas, but discovers he really likes her. He also realizes that Erin, a secretary who works for the company, is depressed and tries to help her.
