In this trailer for Uncut Gems, Howard Ratner (Adam Sandler) acquires a rare opal and is heard saying, "I made a crazy risk, a gamble, and it’s about to pay off." When NBA basketball player Kevin Garnett borrows the stone as a good-luck charm, Ratner bets on the games and risks everything. When he uses other people's money to place bets, it leads to dangerous outcomes and he tells his wife to "get the kids out of the house."
