In the trailer for the comedy/drama The Upside, slacker Dell (Kevin Hart) needs a job. Paralyzed billionaire Phillip Lacasse (Bryan Cranston) needs a caregiver. When Dell stumbles into Phillip's penthouse, the older man takes a liking to him and despite the fact that Dell is in no way qualified, he decides to hire him.  When Dell finds out how much the job pays, he's thrilled to accept.
