In the trailer for The Sisters Brothers, brothers Charlie (Joaquin Phoenix) and Eli Sisters (John C. Reilly) are two assassins on a mission to find man who has stolen a formula from their boss. The brothers travel cross country by horse. They realize they have enough money to stop their murderous ways, but they also realize that they're good at what they do.
