In this new trailer for The Happytime Murders we see puppets walking hand in hand with humans and working out on the beach. We then see Connie Edwards (Melissa McCarthy) questioning a dirty puppet and then punching him in the face. Connie and Phil Phillips (Bill Barretta) close the trunk of their police cruiser and begin their murder investigation. Edwards encounters some female puppet prostitutes, the dual attend a funeral, and Phil Phillips beats up a man in a track suit. Connie is then seen snorting a sparkly substance off a tray though a piece of licorice while Phil Phillips has "some fun" with a female puppet in his office.
