In the trailer for The Fall of the American Empire, deliveryman Pierre-Paul Dubé (Alexandre Landry) witnesses masked men commiting a robbery. When they leave behind two bags of cash, he has to make a snap decision – take the money, which he could really use, or find himself in danger, because the bags belong to a criminal gang.
