Van Damme gets his kicks in once again in another two-word titled action film. This time out he's a designer jeans creator -- who's certainly not light in his loafers -- who teams up with a female CIA operative to take down a Russian Mafia conspiracy to bring deadly new terrorist technology to the worldwide black market. The story is set in Hong Kong during the 1997 handover of that city from British possession back to the Chinese.
