In the chilling teaser trailer for It Comes at Night, we travel down a dark hallway, while a conversation between characters is heard. They are saying that they do not know what made Stanley sick,  and since nobody touched him, they should all be okay. Confusion and panic erupts as the characters talk about a door that was previously opened by someone or something else. Soon, we catch a glimpse of the mysterious red door, and we get a fast-paced montage of frightening images. As we draw nearer to the door, one characters continuously says "It’s O.K.," although it soon becomes clear the opposite is true.
