The trailer for Frankie begins with the titular character (Isabelle Huppert) swimming in a hotel pool, as a young girl advises her of the dangers she could potentially face. Then it's exposed that Frankie, who doesn’t have much time to live, brought three generations together with the intentions of changing their lives in ways they never even considered. Over the course of a day in Sintra, Portugal, Frankie forces the families to spend time together, changing their lives forever.
