In the trailer for Final Kill, protection specialist Mickey Rome (Ed Morrone) is trying to get help from his therapist (Dr. Drew Pinsky), but due to the violent nature of his job, he can't tell him much about his job and what is creating his anxiety. As we see Mickey in a series of violent situations, his therapist finally tells him he has an anger problem.
