After Doug (Caleb Landry Jones) is arrested while driving a truck full of dogs, a psychiatrist is sent to the police station to interview him. He reveals the story of his life through flashbacks, admitting the horrible abuse during his childhood that caused him to gain a love for dogs after being treated like one.
