In the official trailer for Buster’s Mal Heart, we open on a series of scenes of an unkempt "mountain man" (Rami Malek) running in the woods, sitting in a bathtub, and firing a rifle. We then see this man as he once was -- clean-cut, with a wife, a child, and a steady job as a concierge. But a series of odd occurrences, chance encounters, and the anticipation of the “inversion” changes the course of this man’s life forever.
