The horse in this movie looks nothing like Secretariat. One star.

Really enjoyed the advanced screening this past Wednesday. One can't go wrong with the story ... it made all the headlines years ago, and one also can't go wrong with the casting to boot. Diane Lane, John Malkovich, and more. Enjoyable film!

"He is moving like a tremendous machine!!". Excellent movie. Diane Lane was great. The races were so exciting, even though I knew the outcome beforehand. As good, if not better than Seabuscuit. As for the predictability...it IS a true story...so if you know anything about Secretariat nothing comes as much of a shocker, but still exciting none the less! Getting to know background info outside the races was very interesting.

This may very well be the feel good story of the year (this year`s The Blind Side). Diane Lane and John Malkovich turn in very strong performances. The acting is generally very good. Whether or not you know the story, you should enjoy the way it is played out on screen.
