It was excellent, great action, some humour, and of course can't go wrong with Stallone and De Niro - two of my favorite actors. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

Formulaic, predictable, mildly entertaining. Got free tickets. Glad I didnt pay.

Aging Icons still have it! Sylvester Stallone and Robert De niro are both kings of the boxing-movie genre, and they, in this movie, continue their reign. They realistically portray aging, former champs, both with reasons to meet, or not meet, in the ring for a final showdown. The characters are well-developed, complex individuals, whose motivations and desires are realistically developed and exhibited in a relatively believable epic, culminating in a knock-down, drag-out battle, that keeps you guessing right to the end as to who wins and who loses. Both are champions in this Flic!
