Graphic violence
Excellent movie, not your typical chase movie and very well acted.
There can only be a fews words said about this movie which is going to be more words then the entire movie had. THIS IS PERHAPS IF NOT IS THE WORST MOVIE EVER MADE. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY FOR SOMETHING MORE USEFUL. THIS MOVIE DESERVES ZERO STARS BUT SINCE IT THIS RATING SYSTEM STARTS AT A ONE THATS WHAT I'M LEFT GIVING THIS PIECE OF CRAP!
solid movie, trailer does over do the movie, it was a cool story the movie is definitely not for everyone. go in with an open mind
Retro dark feel, definitely worth the watch
As my friend best stated, 'I sat behind in the theatre as the lights came up, feeling like I'd been driven into my seat'
I don't know who rated this movie higher than a ONE. However, whoever did either slept beautifully through the silence of this movie or doesn't know what a good movie is. This is perhaps one of the worst movies other then the movie PRIEST to come out in a very long time. The movie is a very bad resemblance to something like the 1980's show Miami Vice. The soundtrack was average. The script and directing was just bad. However, I do have to give some credit to the actors making the best out of a very bad movie. If you enjoy wasting time and money then you won't mind watching this movie. Good luck if you decide to watch this movie. I promise with the amount of silence within this movie you will
I thought this movie was absolutely terrible. There was basically no talking and the music was all from a 1980's episode of Degrassi!
This was an excellent movie. I loved the character development. Ryan Gosling was amazing. The story was extremely surprising. I loved every minute of this movie and plan on seeing it again in theaters and buying it when it comes out on DVD. I am hoping for an Oscar nod for Ryan Gosling`s amazing performance!
DRIVE has a graphic warning when you purchase your ticket, and so it should. From the sound of skulls cracking and the sight of body parts, DRIVE surely does impale you to your seat with the amount of gore and blood. Ryan Gosling plays a quiet character who drives for a few robberies and as a movie stunt driver. He falls in love with his neighbour and gets into a world of strife when her ex-con husband gets out of jail. There are a few parts that have a bit of awkward silence and the ending isn't what you would expect. But all in all in makes for good viewing. It would be even better if Gosling took his shirt off at least once.
