Story; Twisted and Well written. Casting; one word to say, GORGEOUS! Its details would be too real for some people(homosexuals and religous stuff) but you may find an attractiveness of Sounth America.

A another discription might be: Old school day friends reunite to direct the story of their youth and the exploitations of their catholic school superiors. But after fifteen years not even first loves can trust one another and some crimes can only be recon sided with revenge.

Gael Garcia Bernal does an excellent job in this film. He delves fearlessy into his character, and proves that he is deserving of all the praise that has been heaped upon him. The movie itself is totally engrossing, with some shocking twists. Highly recommended!

Beautiful film, more important though ...beautiful actors. Those Spanish men!

While not as "beatifully" executed as About My Mother or Talk To Her, this film is well written and the performances are memorable.

To me, it is as gorgeous as the rest of his films. Just another star in his endless constellation of well-thought films....

Good acting and original story-line, but i had to look away at times to really enjoy and appreciate the story....not worth the theater ticket prices...it`s a rental
