ZACH CREGGER

Date of Birth: March 1, 1981

Zach Cregger was born in Sandwich, Massachusetts, but raised in Virginia. He eventually moved to New York City where he attended the School of Visual Arts and met the comedians who would join him in the sketch comedy troupe The Whitest Kids U' Know. Cregger writes, directs, and acts in the troupe's sketches.

He made his feature film writing and directing debut with Miss March (2009), in which he also played the role of Eugene Bell. Trevor Moore, a fellow The Whitest Kids U' Know member, co-wrote, co-directed and co-starred alongside Zach in the film.

Zach's other acting credits include a role in the 2008 film College and an appearance on the television series Homicide: Life on the Street.

He produced the comedy television series Uncle Morty's Dub Shack from 2004 to 2006, and was associate producer of six episodes of Comedy Zen and one episode of The Lounge.

In 2011, he returned to co-directing/co-writing with Trevor Moore. This time it was the historical comedy The Civil War on Drugs, in which they both also played a variety of roles.

Zach also played a regular role as T.J. on the NBC sitcom About a Boy, based on the hit film, from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, he played Owen on the TBS sitcom Wrecked.

Other interests include music and "terrible, horrible, venomous, disastrous, hurtful, diabolical, negative, seething, damning, poisonous, villainous, sinister things."
