Nicole Sullivan grew up in Manhattan. A super achiever, she was senior class president in high school before going on to study drama at Northwestern University, graduating on the Dean's List. After spending some time with the Greenwich Shakespeare Company, she began getting television work, guest-starring on shows such as Herman's Head, Diagnosis Murder, Party of Five, Models Inc. and The Drew Carey Show.

In 2001, Nicole joined the cast of the hit sitcom King of Queens, as Holly the dog walker. She also continued to make guest appearances on other series such as Monk, Miss Match, According to Jim, Scrubs, Law & Order: SVU and Boston Public.

She made her feature film debut in the independent film Say You'll Be Mine (1999), but has since gone on to major motion pictures such as Guess Who (2005) starring Ashton Kutcher and providing voice for animated films such as The Ant Bully (2006) and Meet the Robinsons (2007).

Married, she and her husband, Jason Packham, are expecting their first child, a son, in May 2007.
