JULIAN MORRIS

Date of Birth: January 13, 1983

As a child, Julian Morris began acting at the Anna Scher Theatre in his native London, England. When he was 13, a director of the hit U.K. television series The Knock noticed him in a production and offered him a part on the series. Julian played the role for a year, then in 1997 made his feature film debut in Don't Go Breaking My Heart, starring Anthony Edwards (the film wasn't released until 1999). He took on a small role as a school boy in the 1999 TV movie Kid in the Corner before accepting a regular role in the six part drama series Fish (2000).

Having continued his studies with Anna Scher for eight years, Julian subsequently spent three seasons with the Royal Shakespeare Company. It was his starring role as Arthur in the NBC TV movie Young Arthur (2002) that brought him to the attention of North American audiences. He was then cast in the American feature Whirlygirl (2004) opposite Monet Mazur and traveled to NYC for filming.

After playing opposite Geraldine McEwan in the British TV movie Marple: The Murder at the Vicarage (2004), Morris again returned to the States to star as a mischievous teenager who's sent to boarding school in the horror film Cry Wolf (2005), co-starring Jared Padalecki.

He next played a young lieutenant in the WWII film Valkyrie (2008), starring Tom Cruise. The same year, Julian landed a recurring role on the popular medical series ER as Dr. Andrew Wade. Next up followed continuous, sometimes overlapping, roles on a number of popular TV series. He played Agent Owen in 2010 on the hit series 24, Wren on Pretty Little Liars (2010 to 2017), Prince Phillip on Once Upon a Time (2012 to 2014), Ryan on New Girl (2014 to 2015) and John Brooke on the BBC mini-series Little Women (2017).

Although he was incredible busy with television work, Julian managed to fit in role in a number of feature films, including Mark Felt: The Man Who Brought Down the White House (2016) with Liam Neeson, and the dram Viper Club (2018) starring Susan Sarandon.
