Raised in a torn home, one girl discovers she has the ability to make big changes, with even bigger consequences. Anavey Winchester decides to give her innocent little sister Anastasia something for her birthday that's "much more valuable than any material possession." She's going to turn her into a Vampire! Their abusive father figure Dale Buckmeyer decides he's had enough of Anavey's strange behavior and urges Olivia to send her child to a group home. Anavey however has other plans.
