What My Eyes Have Seen (v.f.)

What is the identity of the woman who appeared in the background of several paintings by Antoine Watteau (1684-1721)? The question haunts Lucie, a history student. The young woman is helped in her investigation by Vincent, a mime who performs in front of the photocopy center where she works. But their partnership is put to the test when an accident plunges the latter in a coma. He had just provided Lucie with an important clue contained in a tableaux by Gilles-Marie Oppenord, a little-known painter. However, this canvas is just about to be sold at auction.
