Harm Reduction Michigan presents an evening with a nationally-renowned leader in helping to reduce substance abuse. Lieutenant Detective Patrick Glynn received recongnition from the White House's Office of National Drug Control Policy for implementing the first police-overdose prevention and naloxone program in Quincy, Massachusetts. In the years following, the community-police relationship changed dramatically, and for the better. Lt. Det.
