Teenager Autumn (Sidney Flanigan) lives in rural Pennsylvania. When she discovers she's pregnant, she's distraught because she's not ready to be a mother yet.
She and her cousin Skylar (Talia Ryder) embark across state lines to New York City on a journey to get an abortion, but with nowhere to stay and not enough money, they find themselves in a number of compromising situations.
