Knife Skills - Cleveland Premier Benefit Screening for EDWINS

Join us on Thursday, February 8th at Shaker Square Cinemas for a special screening of the Thomas Lennon's Academy Award Nominated Short Documentary Knife Skills. Guests will be treated to hors d'oeuvres and a specialty cocktail followed by a screening of the movie. Following the movie there will be a Q&A session with Brandon Chrostowski and others featured in the film. All proceeds benefit EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute.
