Emmenez-moi

Jean-Claude, an alcoholic living on social assistance, lives in Roubaix with his orphaned nephew Benoît, whom he’s raised as his son. To help get through hard times, Jean-Claude listens to the music of his idol, Charles Aznavour.

After Benoit videotapes his uncle giving his thanks to the singer, they decide to take the cassette to Paris to give in person to Aznavour. They start on the 200 kilometer journey, which they also film, and the tape gets longer and longer.
