Sally Field Interview

Oscar®-winning actress Sally Field packed on 25 pounds to play Mary Todd Lincoln in Steven Spielberg’s latest epic, Lincoln. Field says she’s not used to having that kind of weight on her petite frame, but she was happy to do anything for her esteemed director.

Tribute.ca spoke with Sally during a promotional tour in Toronto about working opposite Daniel Day-Lewis (who expertly plays Lincoln), having Spielberg as a director and what her process is of getting into every memorable character that she has played.
