Nick Offerman Interview

Funnyman Nick Offerman is best known for making people laugh as Ron Swanson on the hit TV series "Parks and Recreation," but he is currently shining on the big screen in his new movie, The Kings of Summer. In the film, he plays Frank Toy, a befuddled widower who can be as gruff as Ron Swanson but whose efforts to keep his adolescent son in line are heartfelt. His performance was singled out when the film played at the Sundance Film Festival this year.

Tribute.ca spoke with Nick via satellite from Los Angeles about the film, how he learned to deliver a line, working with his talented and funny wife Megan Mullally and when he actually figured out he was a funny guy.
