James Spader Interview

James Spader was thrilled to get the opportunity to get a role in Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln, opposite Daniel Day-Lewis. Spader brushed up on his American history in order to play a very important lobbyist who was an integral part of getting the 13th Amendment passed and abolishing slavery.

Tribute.ca spoke with James in Los Angeles about his preparation for the role and why he was so keen to work on the film.
