Idris Elba & Charlie Hunnam Interview - Pacific Rim

Director Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Pan’s Labyrinth) brings us his latest, much-anticipated sci-fi action flick, Pacific Rim. The film depicts an alien invasion that threatens the Earth's existence and giant robots piloted by humans are deployed to fight off the menace. The film stars Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) and Idris Elba (The Wire), who have their fair share of screen time along with their robot co-stars.

Tribute.ca spoke with Idris and Charlie in San Francisco about the physical demands the film required of them, working with director Guillermo del Toro, working in Toronto and the difference between shooting TV series as opposed to feature films.
