Alfonso Cuarón Interview - Gravity

Director Alfonso Cuarón went way out of his comfort zone when he decide to direct his new thriller, Gravity. The film stars Sandra Bullock as an astronaut who alongside her partner (played by George Clooney), gets untethered from their space shuttle and desperately fights to survive. Cuaron worked for four years on Gravity and much of that time was spent inventing the proper technology to achieve the look he wanted.

Tribute.ca spoke with Alfonso in Los Angeles about his love for outer space, why Sandra Bullock was the right woman to star in his film and whether or not he feels the need to go into orbit.
